Policy


1. We ask that you complete the basic health form in the store.
This is to prevent any harm to your body, for example if you have cancer we may refuse to give you a massage because it may be dangerous for you etc.

2. We require that you arrive on time
If you are more than 10 minutes late we have the right to cancel your appointment without refunding the deposit. This may be an expectation if you give us 1 hour notice or if there is a reasonable reason (it depends on our discretion).

3 If you cancel without 4 hours notice we will not refund your deposit.
This may be an exception if you have reasonable grounds, but it is also at our discretion.

4 If you abuse our employee, we will not refund you and we can process this matter to the police if it is a serious problem.
We have the right not to complete the massage and we will not refund you if you accuse, are racist, sexually abuse our workers.

5 Gift card valid only 6 months after purchasing it
We will not refund you if you do not use the gift card within 6 months from the date of issue.

6 It is necessary to pay for the massage in full before the start of the session. If you are not satisfied with the massage, you can leave within 15 minutes and you will be given a 100% refund, but if the massage continues longer than 15 minutes you will not receive a full refund.​

 

7. We have the right to stop the massage without refund if you are disrespectful, racist, discriminatory, etc.
